1. Rinse mouth.
Rinse your mouth with warm water/ salt water or mouthwash. It will fresh breath by getting rid of bacteria. Do this twice a day to get permanent relief.
2. Scrape tongue
Your tongue can be a home for smelly bacteria. To get rid of those bacteria, scrape your tongue daily after brushing.
3. Fennel or anise seeds
Traditionally, we use fennel and anise seeds for fresher breath. Have roasted fennel seeds after every meal, especially after dinner. They contain aromatic oils that give fresh breath. Fennel and anise seeds can be taken plain, roasted or sugar-coated.
4. Chew on cloves
Cloves are very helpful in all oral issues. It will freshen up your breath. Suck or chew a few cloves a few times a day.

6. Give Oil Pulling a Try
This is an ancient method, but we do not use it often. Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic method in which you swish oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes. We mostly used coconut oil for oil pulling. It can also prevent cavities.
